The Dubai international Chamber announced its success in bringing together Emirates-based Imperial Ruby Energy and Innovation and Solar Nature from Uzbekistan to sign a memorandum of understanding to cooperate in solar photovoltaic and solar thermal projects in Uzbekistan and the Middle East.
Under the Convention, the two companies cooperate in the design and provision of medium to large-sized solar solutions for the generation of clean electricity and the utilization of solar energy for water recycling and desalination.
The parties are committed to making the necessary investments and focusing their efforts to increase their cooperation to more than $100 million over five years.
The cooperation between the two companies aims to provide unique technical designs and solutions to the renewable energy market and to develop plans to overcome the challenges to the energy sector’s transformation in the relevant markets.
Imperial Ruby Energy and Innovation participated in the commercial mission organized by the Dubai international Chamber as part of the “New Horizons for External Expansion” initiative to Central Asia last March.
The mission aimed to support the expansion of Dubai companies into selected markets in Central Asia and to promote Dubai as a thriving global investment centre among companies in that region, particularly in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Uzbekistan
