The Government of Uzbekistan has been trying to export many agricultural products and crops over the past period, amid a significant increase in the volume of trade with countries.
In the same vein, fruits and plant products achieved 3.3% of Uzbekistan’s total export volume from January to April 2023.
According to official statistics in Ubekistan, exports of fruits and vegetables amounted to $256.1 million, or 359.2 thousand tons, with 6.5% growth compared to the same period in 2022.
A number of export markets control Uzbekistan’s products mainly Russia by 27.4%, Pakistan by 20.6%, China by 16.3%, Kazakhstan by 13.9%, Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Turkey, Iraq and Iran.
