Russian statistics in Uzbekistan revealed the export of fruit and vegetable products of the Republic of Uzbekistan from January to April 2023 worth USD 256.1 million.
Official statistics said that the volume of exports of fruits and vegetables from Uzbekistan was 359,200 tons, with a growth rate of 6.5% compared to the same period last year 2022.
Beans accounted for the largest share in the export of fruit and vegetable products from Uzbekistan at 13.7%, dried grapes at 10.4%, dried peaches at 7.0%, tomatoes at 6.1%, cabbage at 5.1%, fresh grapes at 4.3%, and onions at 4.3% pomegranate at 3.3%.
From January to April 2023, the share of fruits and vegetables in total exports was 3.3%.
