China Energy Company “Sionbeck” announced today that it will begin operating within the days of the world’s largest green hydrogen project, without setting an exact date for this operation.
According to a statement released by the Chinese energy giant and published by international and local media, the project is part of a number of projects through which China supports the process of energy transformation in response to the global warming crisis and serves its climate objectives.
Sionbeck asserted that the project’s facility, the “Coca” facility, located in Xinjiang, north-western China, would be operational at 260 MW.
The company explained that the investments associated with this project could reach 3 billion yen, an estimated $ 425 million, indicating that the company’s plans expect to produce more than 2 million tons of green hydrogen annually by 2025.
