The company “KTZ” has banned the acceptance of cargo transportation (grain and oilseeds) in containers from all stations of Kazakhstan in the direction of China through the dostek terminal from September 1 to 10, 2023, according to Reuters.
The company said in a statement that it has made a decision regarding the accumulation of more than 100 container trains loaded with grain shipments in the direction of China via dostek due to the ongoing repairs, construction and maintenance work at the station.
At the same time, the Chinese side is ready to accept covered grain shipments and grain carriers after the completion of those reforms.
