Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said that the Russian economy will grow by 2.8% in 2023, after declining by around 2% last year.
“We anticipate 2.8–3% economic growth this year. We have fully compensated for last year’s 2% decline in growth rates,” Siluanov said.
Earlier, Russian Energy Minister Nikolay Shulginov said that Russia will enhance primary oil refining by roughly 2% this year.
“Primary refining will be around 2% higher than last year,” Shulginov said.
