The United Arab Emirates hosts the biggest event for digital content creation with over a billion followers.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum emphasized that the media plays a crucial role in the success of developmental strategies, as it is considered an essential partner to any government effort or institution. He also emphasized the importance of the digital content industry, as this sector is renewable and provides a wide range of investment opportunities.

On January 10 and 11, 2024, the United Arab Emirates will host the second edition of the Billion Followers Summit, which is the world’s first summit dedicated to the content industry and the largest of its kind.

The summit also organizes an academy for new media, where a group of the world’s most important and largest digital content creators participate, including over 3,000 content creators, influencers, and creators followed by more than 1.6 billion followers.

Also participating in the summit are 200 media content production companies, 100 digital production agencies, 100 CEOs, and 190 speakers from the world’s most famous digital content creators.

The summit includes a range of important topics such as the development of content creators’ skills, the latest developments in the creative content industry, success stories and inspiring models, and the future of the digital content and new media industry.
