The petrochemical company “Borouge ” has signed a two-year agreement worth 160 million dirhams (approximately 43.6 million dollars) with “Nafco” to supply it with innovative pipelines that will be used in large national and regional infrastructure projects.
Based on this collaboration, Borouge will provide a diverse portfolio of pipe solutions, made from the innovative and sustainable material of polyethylene (PE100).
On this occasion, Hazeem Al-Swaidi, the CEO of Borouge Petrochemical Company, stated:

Pressure pipes have a high resistance against corrosion and chemicals, making them highly durable in the face of natural disasters and harsh industrial conditions, including corrosion and cracking due to intensive use. In addition, these pipes are capable of withstanding pressure in the long term, making them one of the most efficient and reliable solutions in the market.

Under this two-year agreement, Borouge will provide advanced infrastructure solutions to support Nafco across its various projects in the region in the field of infrastructure, including the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi Museum, the Riyadh City Project, the Mohammed Bin Zayed City Project, the Yas Island Development Project, the Dubai Hills Project, the Heart of Europe Island Project, and projects by the Union Company for Water and Electricity.
