Dubai Real Estate Attracts Mercedes with Billion-Dollar Residential Tower

Mercedes-Benz revealed its new joint project, Mercedes-Benz Bliss – Bin Ghathi, in Dubai, which combines the worlds of cars and architectural engineering with a total investment value of nearly a billion dollars (AED 3.7 billion).

The project, consisting of a 65-story residential tower, will begin in Dubai this year through the collaboration between Mercedes-Benz and Bin Ghathi Real Estate Development Company.

Bertha Sigur, a member of the board of directors of Mercedes-Benz AG for marketing and sales, said: “By launching Mercedes-Benz locations in Dubai, we are opening up new horizons by seamlessly integrating our brand world into our customers’ preferred living environment.

The concept of the “Mercedes-Benz Bliss” design will be characterized by creating a unique living space and the project represents a comprehensive ecological system that adapts to the needs of its residents and guests, by providing access to a range of customer-centric living solutions.

As a result, the dwellings will feature multiple-use facilities.

Mercedes Benz, in collaboration with its local subsidiaries, developers, and service providers, will offer a range of advanced and innovative mobility solutions.

This will include electric vehicle charging facilities, smart mobility applications, passenger transportation services, bike and electric scooter sharing, private driver service, and automatic car charging feature.

By combining these features, the project establishes new standards for luxurious smart living by offering individual homes branded exclusively as “Mercedes Benz.”

In his remarks on the sidelines of the press conference held in Dubai, Ben Ghatti pointed out that construction and implementation works have recently begun at the project site, and it is expected to be completed and units handed over to owners in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The “Mercedes-Benz Plus – Ben Ghatti” project is characterized by its exterior tower design that reminds us of the sleek lines in the designs of the ultra-modern Mercedes-Benz car collection.

These models include the “Vision EQX” and the “Vision One Eleven” high-performance models, as well as the design concept of the “CLA” class that was unveiled at the “AIA Mobility 2023” exhibition.

The tower stands at a height of 341 meters (1,118 feet), and it is located in the heart of the city with multiple views of the globally famous “Burj Khalifa” tower, in one of the most prestigious locations in downtown Dubai.

The “Mercedes Benz Bliss – Ben Ghazi” project consists of a collection of 150 residential units, carefully composed of a balanced variety that includes apartments ranging from two to four bedrooms, five penthouse apartments, and upper floors dedicated to duplex and triplex units.

Each dwelling has been meticulously designed to enhance the brand experience according to their desires.

The tower is composed of three main elements, firstly the core and horizontal structure of the balconies. Secondly, the adjacent structure with its dynamic lines that encompass the entire perimeter of the tower, resembling a frame, thereby adding a luxurious touch to the overall appearance of the building.

The third element is the closed southern facade, distinguished by its elegant finishes. It is noteworthy that its design enhances the comprehensive identity of the tower.

The finishes have taken into consideration protection from sunlight during the peak of summer, as well as contributing to energy efficiency in the building by incorporating photovoltaic cells.

The front facade, overlooking the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai skyline, allows for the integration of architectural engineering and the charm of the local facade.

Finally, and not least, the building is distinguished by its high-quality materials and equipment, which evoke a sense of unique modern spaciousness.
