Hira Industries’ Expansion Reflects RAK’s Economic Vision and Investment Plan

Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, emphasized the importance of adopting advanced technology solutions and supporting innovation, development, and industrial knowledge to enhance the competitiveness of the industrial sector in the emirate.

This is in line with Ras Al Khaimah’s economic vision aiming to provide an ideal business environment that supports the growth of the industrial sector and enhances its contribution to the GDP, following the best technological and environmental practices to ensure a sustainable economy that serves comprehensive development plans in the emirate.

Sheikh Saud made these remarks during the inauguration of the new expansion of “Hira Industries” company in the “Al Ghail” industrial zone, which belongs to the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) and spans an area of 100,000 square feet, as part of the company’s specialized investment plan in the construction sector.

He explained that the growth and prosperity of businesses in Ras Al Khaimah are a translation of the emirate’s economic vision and its expansion plans for the industrial sector, which is a fundamental pillar in driving growth and economic diversification and a key contributor to establishing the global position of the emirate as a center for industrial development in various sectors.

Sheikh Saud, the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, praised the significant growth of the industrial sector in the emirate and its increasing competitiveness, thanks to the immense potential and substantial resources of the emirate in this vital sector, making it an attractive investment destination due to its secure and flexible environment. He inspected the new building of the factory, visited its technical and engineering departments, learned about the main production stages, and the latest equipment used.

He also received a detailed explanation of the modern technologies in the field of construction industries contained in the factory. The building includes a global research and development laboratory and the tallest warehouse for storing goods within the Al Ghail industrial zone.
