Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (SHUROOQ) announced sales and reservations of AED 177 million in the “Sharjah Sustainable City” and “Ajwan” projects in Khorfakkan during its participation in the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition “Ekhars 2024”.
This exhibition is one of the prominent specialized exhibitions in the real estate development sector in the United Arab Emirates, which witnessed sales exceeding AED 1.4 billion over its four-day duration at the Expo Centre Sharjah.
After the fourth phase of the “Sustainable Sharjah City” project, a joint venture between “Shurooq” and “Diamond Developers”, was presented during the exhibition, 42 housing units were sold and reserved for a total value of AED 102.5 million from that phase.
In addition, 32 housing units were sold and reserved for a value of AED 74.1 million from the luxury residential project “Ajwān” in Khorfakkan in the eastern region of Sharjah.
Saadah Ahmad Obaid Al-Qassir, the Executive Director of the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq), stated that all of the authority’s projects are based on years of research, data collection, and analysis to formulate development and expansion plans, ensuring our great responsibility towards the emirate that encompasses all of our projects.
