Dubai’s New Iconic Tower to be the Tallest Building in the Internet City

The company “Mereed” has announced its collaboration with “Beninfernina” to develop the “Iconic” tower, which is planned to be the tallest building in the “Dubai Internet City” at a height of 286.4 meters.

The Iconic tower offers 311 exclusive luxury apartments with a sea view and 423 parking spaces.

Diana Nelepovskaia, CEO of “Mereed”, said, “The partnership with “Beninfernina” comes at a time when the luxury real estate market in Dubai continues to grow, especially in the third quarter of 2023, where the sector achieved sales of individual properties worth $420 million, marking the 11th consecutive quarterly increase.

The first half of 2023 witnessed the sale of 176 homes for $845 million, confirming the increasing demand for luxury high-value properties in Dubai and emphasizing the importance of exclusive projects like the “Iconic” tower.

Giovanni di Niederhausern, Vice President of the Architectural Department at “Beninfernina”, confirmed that the “Iconic” tower invests in high quality and focuses on enhancing the appeal of a distinctive and elegant lifestyle.
