Microsoft announced on Monday that it is collaborating with Semafor media platform and other news organizations to assist journalists in utilizing artificial intelligence in content production.
Microsoft stated in a blog post that it will assist organizations in identifying and enhancing procedures and policies for the responsible utilization of artificial intelligence in gathering news and other activities within the sector.
Semafor stated that they will launch an urgent news bulletin called “Signals,” which journalists can utilize with the help of tools from Open AI and Microsoft to provide readers with analysis and insights on breaking news stories.
As announced by Microsoft, it has partnered with news institutions including the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism in New York, the Online News Association, and the GroundTruth Project to explore ways to incorporate artificial intelligence into their work and newsrooms. (Reuters)
