China’s renewable energy composite capacity expanded in the first five months of this year, according to data from the National Energy Authority.
By the end of May, wind installed capacity had risen 12.7 per cent year-on-year to about 380 million kilowatts, while solar energy stood at about 450 million kilowatts, an annual increase of 38.4 per cent.
