China is scheduled to hold a press conference on measures to restore and increase consumption in Beijing at three o’clock on Monday afternoon local time, according to a statement issued by the Information Office of the State Council.
The “Bloomberg” News Agency reported on Sunday that Li Chunlin, vice chairman of the National Development and Reform Commission, and officials from the Ministry of industry and information technology, the Ministry of Commerce and the state administration for market regulation, are scheduled to present the new measures and answer any questions from journalists.
The National Development and Reform Commission said on July 18 that the country will implement new policies to restore and increase consumption.
