The Italian Eni’s production of liquids in Kazakhstan amounted to 112 kilobarrels per day from January to September this year.
According to Eni’s production data for the third quarter and first nine months of 2023, this amount was 80 kbbl/d at the same time in 2022.
Furthermore, liquid output in Kazakhstan in the third quarter was 105 kbbl/d, about double the figure for the same time in 2022 (53 kbbl/d).
Simultaneously, production volume in the third quarter of 2023 fell compared to the second quarter. Thus, output in the second quarter of 2023 was 113 kbbl/d.
Eni’s overall liquids output in 2023 was 758 kbbl/d in the third quarter and 765 kbbl/d in the first nine months. This value was 707 kbbl/d in the third quarter of 2022 and 742 kbbl/d for the first nine months of 2022.
Kazakhstan’s 2022 gas output volume was 53.3 billion cubic meters, or 103.1% of the planned volume.
Commercial gas output totaled 27.8 billion cubic meters, or 94% of the expected total.
The volume of liquefied petroleum gas produced (for the domestic market) was 2.8 million tons, or 98% of the anticipated total.
