Google is planning to launch a new application that provides users with the benefits of artificial intelligence on mobile devices, according to recent leaks.
The company also plans to make major modifications to its artificial intelligence assistant, “Bard,” in the near future. These changes include renaming it to “Gemini,” which is an advanced artificial intelligence model introduced by Google at the end of last year.
Google has already started integrating Gemini into some of its products, including the “Bard” assistant itself.
Google intends to make the application called “Gemini” available, with plans to first launch it for the Android operating system. It is worth noting that the assistant “Bard” has been exclusively used since its launch through its dedicated website “Bard.google.com.”
This step is expected from Google after the experimental period in which its personal assistant, Bard, was made available for nearly a whole year. In light of the availability of several user-oriented artificial intelligence applications, the most famous being OpenAI’s ChatGPT application launched last year, and the recently launched Copilot application by Microsoft.
Google will provide all the basic features of the upcoming “Gemini” application for free to all users.
They will also offer a paid subscription for the advanced Gemini Advanced model, which helps execute tasks quickly and efficiently.
Subscribers will have access to the “Ultra” version 1.0 of Gemini, which allows for extremely complex tasks such as programming, logical thinking, and precise instructions. It will be available in over 150 countries worldwide.
