Kyrgyzstan’s Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev, said that the republic’s GDP grew by 4.4% and reached 1.72 trillion soms.
“We’re moving from billions to trillions today; preliminary estimates show that gross domestic product increased by 4.4% in 11 months, reaching 1.72 trillion soms.” “We have now reached the trillion dollar mark,” Kasymaliev continued.
Growth in production, agriculture, construction, services, and food taxes all contributed to GDP growth. Services increased by 5.6%.
Manufacturing, agriculture, and construction all increased by 3.3%. Food taxes increased by 3.1%.
Services contributed roughly half of GDP. Agriculture provided 10.5%, and building contributed 6%.
