Kyrgyzstan National Bank announced that 286 million and 830 thousand dollars have been transferred abroad from January to July this year.
“The transactions are performed by individuals through the money transfer system. The funds are sent in different currencies but calculated in dollar equivalents,” according to the National Bank.
The amount of money flowing into Kyrgyzstan is much larger; more precisely, 1.1 billion dollars came to the country from foreign countries in seven months.
It should be noted that 475.5 million dollars were withdrawn during this period last year.
Considering the entire year 2022, the amount of money withdrawn from Kyrgyzstan has created a record.
