New agreement between the UAE and Kazakhstan on artificial intelligence

The Astana City Administration of Kazakhstan signed a memorandum of understanding with Presight, which specializes in the analysis of big data supported by artificial intelligence, with the aim of promoting the pace of digital transformation and economic growth in the city.

Under the memorandum, the Astana City Administration will collaborate with Presight to leverage its digital technologies to promote dialogue in the digitization of the city’s environment and focus on key areas such as smart traffic management, according to a press release.

Presight Smart City solutions empower governments, city planners and local municipal officials through big data analysis capabilities to improve services for residents.

Last May, the UAE Ministry of Economy signed a memorandum of understanding with Presight, aimed at enhancing the attractiveness of the State for foreign investments in its various sectors of the new economy, attracting foreign companies to expand and invest in the State markets and supporting partnership with the private sector.
