Tajikistan and Belarus held a meeting of business circles in Dushanbe to discuss trade and economic issues.
They discussed cooperation in the fields of agriculture, industry, and food supply, as well as the training of workers in the agro-industrial complex.
The meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Ministers of Agriculture of Tajikistan and Belarus, Kurban Hakimzoda and Sergei Bartosz, where the two parties signed contracts worth more than $16 million.
The parties discussed cooperation issues in a number of fields: industry, training of workers in the agricultural industrial complex, agriculture, and food supply.
During the opening of the meeting, the Tajik minister announced a good increase in the volume of mutual transactions between Dushanbe and Minsk.
Thus, according to him, in 2022, the turnover will reach about $90 million.
