President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tukayev announced at the Eurasian Economic Council meeting in Moscow that the volume of trade between Kazakhstan and the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union had risen by 74%.
” I can say that over the years of Eurasian Economic Union activity, the volume of trade between Kazakhstan and other member states has increased by 74%, with exports increasing by 98%. “
As pointed out by President Tuqaev, the member States of the Eurasian Economic Union are implementing joint infrastructure projects, developing industrial cooperation, establishing a common service market and increasing the share of national currencies in mutual settlements.
“Under current geopolitical circumstances, fully and effectively unleashing the Union’s potential, so to speak, to address bottlenecks, is our common priority,” Tucaev said.
