The total value of bond issues in China was 6.34 trillion yuan ($892 billion) last June, according to data released by the People’s Bank of China (Central Bank).
Treasury issues reached 94. 829 billion yuan, while local government bond issues were valued at 23 billion yuan. 830 billion yuan, according to bank data.
Issuances of securities reached 82. 810 billion yuan, while the total issuance of corporate credit bonds reached 1.34 trillion yuan, according to the People’s Bank data reported by Xinhua News Agency.
Issuances of securities backed by credit assets amounted to RMB26.7 billion, and issuances of inter-bank deposit certificates amounted to RMB2.4 trillion.
By the end of June, the value of the outstanding bonds held was 150 trillion yuan.
