Uzbekistan exported $54.59 million worth of gas to China, an increase of almost 30%, more than in the previous two months, according to China’s General Administration of Customs.
As mentioned earlier, Uzbekistan resumed exports of “blue fuel” in April, which amounted to $40.47 million that month.
In May, supply volumes rose to $78.16 million; in June, $85.27 million; in July, $91.39 million; in August, $75.27 million; in September, $41.6 million; and in October, $42.25 million.
Total gas exports since the beginning of the year stood at $509.03 million, more than two times lower than last year’s figure of $1.03 billion.
