The UAE has emerged as a preferred destination for international talents seeking work visas, followed by the Netherlands, France, the United Kingdom, and Singapore.
This achievement is significant for the UAE in enhancing its position as a leading global business hub and a key attraction point for professionals and talents from around the world, according to Al-Bayan newspaper.
The recent employment report released by “Dell” company is based on the analysis of big data from hundreds of thousands of employment contracts in 160 countries, revealing the increasing hiring trends by companies operating in the United Arab Emirates.
The report also indicates that France, the UAE, India, Turkey, and the United Kingdom are among the preferred destinations for employment companies in the UAE. This trend highlights the UAE’s commitment to enhancing a diverse and vibrant workforce with multiple nationalities.
The report highlighted the leading sectors driving this employment growth, including financial services, information technology and services, computer programs, management consulting, marketing, and advertising, which are among the sectors attracting global talent to the United Arab Emirates.
The report also reveals the most in-demand jobs in the United Arab Emirates, including the administrative consultant, content manager, software engineer, influencer marketing manager, and strategic planning manager. The focus on these positions reflects the dynamic nature of the innovative Emirati economy.
Tareq Salam, the head of administration at Dell, affirmed that the results of the company’s recent global recruitment report are evidence of the noticeable transformation the UAE is undergoing as one of the leading global business hubs.
He highlighted that this transformation is due to the country’s strong commitment to supporting talents, innovation, and creating a dynamic work environment, which helps attract talents from all around the world and enhances its position as a leading destination for employment.
He stated that diverse and multicultural workforce is one of the key strengths that distinguishes the UAE job market. He emphasized that attracting and retaining global talents contributes to achieving continuous economic growth in the UAE and enhancing its position in the global market.
The report revealed a noticeable increase in the contribution of professional talents and competencies in the United Arab Emirates to the global job market. The report indicated that talents in the UAE are in high demand by companies in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.
This request is especially strong in fields such as computer programs, information technology and services, financial services, marketing and advertising, and software development.
The report also revealed that software engineer, sales manager, marketing manager, account manager, and information technology developer were among the most sought-after positions.
